Title: Meadow4 2026
Artist: Danuta
Technique: Mixed media
Sise: 90x102 cm
Date: 2026
“Meadow 4 2026” by Danuta is a celebration of summer, a painting in which nature is not merely observed but deeply felt. Rather than depicting a specific meadow, it captures the memory of a moment filled with light, fragrance, and movement.
The flowers seem to overflow beyond the boundaries of the canvas. Whites, pinks, reds, and delicate blues merge into a vibrant tapestry of life. Every brushstroke evokes the sensation of a warm breeze passing through a blooming field. Danuta’s characteristic freedom of expression transforms the flowers into living beings that sway, dance, and quietly converse with the sky.
The luminous blue sky at the top of the composition opens the space and fills it with air and light. This creates a perfect balance between abundance and serenity. Among the rich colours one may glimpse irises, roses, and wild blossoms, yet the true subject of the painting is not any individual flower but the feeling of nature’s generosity and joy.
“Meadow4 2026” speaks of a world where nature remains untouched in its innocence and beauty. It is a reminder that life's most profound moments are often the simplest ones: walking through a summer meadow, breathing in the scent of flowers, and allowing oneself to be fully present in a fleeting, beautiful moment.
